Professional Experience
With extensive experience across a range of settings, I have developed a comprehensive skill set in therapy and mental health care. My professional journey includes:
Lead Therapist, Liberty Resources Foster Care Program: In this role, I led therapeutic interventions for children and families in the foster care system. I focused on addressing trauma, emotional challenges, and developing treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Upstate University Hospital: I contributed to mental health assessments and treatment planning, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care in a hospital setting.
St. Joseph’s Hospital: My work here involved delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse patient population, honing my skills in various therapeutic approaches and crisis management.
Group Practice: I have provided therapy to children, teens, adults, elders, and couples. This diverse experience has equipped me with the ability to address a wide range of issues and therapeutic needs.
In addition to my clinical work, I have had the honor of presenting at both National and International conferences, including:
The Daniel Memorial National Conference
International (RECOS) Seminar
These opportunities have allowed me to share my expertise and stay engaged with the latest developments in the field.
Each of these roles has enriched my therapeutic approach and deepened my commitment to providing effective, evidence-based support to my clients.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
The Gottman Method
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
This dedication to continuous learning ensures that I stay current with the latest advancements in mental health, allowing me to offer the most effective and evidence-based support to my clients.
